Direct Bill to PACIFIC Blue Cross: If you have a PACIFIC Blue Cross extended health plan, we can direct bill for the consultation portion only. Other items may be claimable by self submit.

Direct Bill is also available thru Telus E-Claims. We can bill for the consultation portion of the appointment only. Please request an electronic submision authorization form which we can send once you have scheduled your appointment and you can fill out thru your secure patient portal.
